The Greyhound Alliance is comitted to supporting greyhound adoption and welfare in part by integrating our efforts with other groups. Whether through education, fundraising, or more hands-on eforts like transport, placement, we are committed to doing our part. Thanks to the generosity of our many supporters, The Greyhound Alliance has made donations to the following groups:
Greyhounds Only: Medical expenses for special needs dogs and general operating funds
Midwest Greyhound Adoption: For their Broken Leg Fund.
GPA-Tri State, GPA Emerald Coast, and USA Dog: To help with expenses for these groups who helped transport approx. 70 dogs up from a Florida track and into local adoption groups.
Greyhound Ranch Adoptions: Help with medication for seizures for a dog that has been in their kennel for over a year.
Joey's Greyhound Friends: To help with expenses for 10 dogs abandoned by a racing kennel that went out of business in Florida. Check out their site at www.joeysgreyhoundfriends.org
